Shipping Policy & Payment Methods

Shipping Policy:

Shipping in Greece is free for orders over 100€. For orders under 100€, there is a flat fee of 2€.
The courier companies we are working with is Speedex and TNT.

If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us to ensure a faster delivery method. In this case, you will be burdened with the extra cost of expedited delivery.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. The Line Project shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.

Payment Methods:

The following methods of payment are accepted:

Α. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

The Line Project does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in PiraeusBank’s secure platform accepting VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO- DINERS.

Β. CASH ON DELIVERY

This payment method is available only for Greece and indicates a surchange of €2.50 (including 24% VAT) for order up to 500 eurow. Payment will be collected (either with cash or credit card) at the time of delivery by the driver. Please ensure that someone will be present between 9 am and 5 pm to sign and pay for the delivery.

C. BANK TRANSFER

Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure.
